Is that a Daffodil…. Spring must be on its way

Our fearless leaders were out on the road this week spreading the word about Airquee.

Phil has been busy organising the final few details of our brilliant, new look website with our web designers and he can always be heard negotiating with Nickelodeon about new unit designs and styles- Keep your eyes on the Airquee website and Facebook Page for news!

Mark was rushed to Derby hospital, DON’T PANIC it wasn’t an emergency, he was having meetings with them about our award winning Derby Door! This is just one of the many commercial inflatable projects that really sets Airquee apart and no-one has more knowledge or experience to help in these matters than Mark.

Meanwhile, Kerry has been visiting leisure centres all over the country discussing our latest pool inflatables and offering training sessions to staff. She loves getting out on the road and is always accompanied by her co – pilot Norman the Dog!I
The Airquee showroom has undertaken a face lift with some new banners and, of course, it is full of fantastic products. If you have not had time to come and meet the team at any of the recent shows, please come and visit us in the Cwmbran!
Our repairs and testing department, with Josh now at the helm, has been flat out helping our customers get ready for the upcoming outdoor hire season. Remember, if you have any pre-season niggles that you need sorting, please book in with Airquee. 01179 414918 (option 3).

And don't forget to follow us on all of our social medias, so you are kept up to date with the new and exciting events that are happening at Airquee!

Josh, Romania and our Facebook LIVE!

Our new arrival Josh who runs the Repairs and Testing Department diary has been giving us all the low down on his eventful week at our Romanian Factory. He was gobsmacked by the sheer size of the factories and very impressed by the system that are followed and the stringent checks carried out all the way along our manufacturing process.  He got on so well with the many staff members and made a new ‘Bestie’ in Viktor and we gather they had some interesting nights out… In addition some customers were also at the factory during his visit and they joined him at a ‘nightclub’, (not an inflatable one) on his last night and looking at the photos of them all crammed up in the car on the way to the airport it was a ‘heavy’ and eventful night!

(Josh, Viktor (the beard), Colleagues, half of Kerry and clients)

On a professional note the visit helped Josh gain enormous insight into how we create our inflatables from the order to delivery and he learned so much of the technical processes to help him carry out his role even better.

The office has an international feel this week. Sol, our multilingual Sales Executive, has been speaking with our clients across Europe, in French, German, Spanish and a smattering of Italian, taking orders and building relationships.  Everyone loves Sol; she is impressive when you hear her on the phone and boy does she know her stuff about the inflatables that are popular in Europe!
(Sol and her lover!)

Ollie and Carole have been hard at it with our Leisure centre Clients talking about our brand new Pool Inflatables and Party Packages.  Its been all go !
New Clients have been visiting us at our Showroom and office at Cwmbran with their new projects in the pipeline. We are really going places this year!!!  In addition, watch this space as very soon you could see our very own Kerry (Foxy) actually pn a POOL INFLATABLE!!! She is loving Facebook Live…

Another week, ANOTHER load of orders!

Orders for Europe are flying out the door again, thank to our multi lingual dynamic sales Executive Solene. Airquee is making greater and greater inroads into the European market and its beginning to show. Our factories are again flat out with production to keep out hundreds and hundreds of customers happy with deliveries on time.
(Solene in the back and Oliver the selfie maker!)

Kerry has been out and about across the North and South of England, visiting Leisure Centres talking about our brand new Pool Inflatable range, especially the BRAND NEW, incredible and unique 15m Whirligig with a rocking platform in the centre – when training the staff at The Arc she struggled to get the lifeguards off so the kids will love getting soaked on this one.  There was a Facebook live video taken there so take a look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7-NzBB7Ds0&feature=youtu.be

This week, Clare our lovely multi-tasking Accounts Administrator has been running the Finance department while Phil H was over in our Romanian factories enjoying the Winter snow and the strong Romanian beer.  Clare has been very busy training our new recruit Josh on the inner workings of the repairs desk as she successfully covered this desk and became even more of an asset than she already was!! Every office needs a Clare! HANDS OFF – You can get your own!.
(The Romanian winter!)

Wayne , Carole and Ollie are beavering away finding new clients for the ever growing inflatable range. The orders have not stopped flying in from all over, pool inflatables, land inflatables, games, buildings, stage covers and even hot tub lifting wedges to name but a few!  If you are thinking of ordering, get on that phone now. Don’t hang about as we will need to build a third factory at this rate!

Our latest Northern Irish show was a great success. THANK YOU so much to everyone who attended.  Our new innovations went down a storm and created a social media frenzy on Saturday night.  Yet more orders and more new customers.  We had Mark and Phil H, together with Tilda and Erika from our factory at the Irish Show to make sure our Irish customers were well looked after. Erika has fallen in love with British Porridge – the oat variety not Her Majesty’s pleasure!

Two Shows, one more to GO!

This week we have had some guests in our Romanian office, two of our Directors; Kerry and Phil  and our new Repairs and Testing Administrator  from our Cwmbran office; Josh. The purpose of the visit as always is to ensure that everyone who joins Airquee  in the UK knows exactly what happens at the very heart of our company.  Josh has overseen the entire process from initial order receipt, design, printing, cutting, stitching and the quality control testing. Kerry and Josh are flying home tomorrow as the office in Cwmbran are already missing these guys; apparently it is too quiet without Kerry; no idea what they mean??!

Yesterday was an Airquee FIRST when we did our first ever Facebook Live: With Bridget Jones aka Lady McIvor, if you were fortunate enough to see it we really hope that you enjoyed it, if you didn’t you can view it on Kerry’s Facebook page or via the link below…and very soon it will be on our website too. Since it went Live she has been inundated with questions, product enquiries and positive feedback so it seems that showing the World what happens behind the scenes has enhanced our business and given everyone peace of mind! We’ve posted it on social media as a whole clip, because the internet kept cutting off due to the proper winter they have in Romania!

This year has started out with a BANG! Our two shows from Republic of Ireland and the INPAS 2017 at Cambridge were a HUGE success! The feedback to our newly launched Nickelodeon products was astounding! We currently offer 7 themes on a range of inflatables, and we’re planning to expand our range with the progression of our collaboration with Nickelodeon! All our artworks are amazing looking, crisp and very clear!
“Airquee are on tour” in Northern Ireland on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February 2017, we will have all of our amazing products on show at the Cooley Castles Play Barn, 47 Cooley Road, Beragh, Omagh, County Tyrone, BT79 0SP. The doors open at 9am and will close at 5pm both days of the event. So make sure you bring your family and friends, ESPECIALLY the decision makers to assure you get your inflatables for First Holy Communion and Confirmation celebrations. We know you can’t ever have enough inflatables and with the launch of Nickelodeon maybe you’ll see something eye-catching (WHICH, I’m certain of as they look absolutely BRILLIANT!).
